This is the definition of the Camino for me today. I just spent the hour after dinner sitting in a bar with a Luxembourger and a Spaniard, trying to talk about and listening to 70s and 80s music. We could all understand each other and we shared a common theme – the Camino journey and a love of good music!
It helped that the Spaniard owns the bar and can choose what to play.
The younger people in the bar even got into the swing of things after looking at us old fogies. A lovely end to the day

Sounds like a real life experience Neil.
Music is such an international media appealing to all ages and nationalities. That and the Camino experience cross all boundaries.
You will have earned your day of rest. Hope repairs are not too serious.
